Who are the target users?

Target users of LLM Stack

The platform supports many different user groups:

  • public officers who want to create prototypes for new LLM-powered applications.
  • public officers who have simple use cases such as creating a question & answer bot on a small set of Word and PDF documents. For example, an MOE officer who wants to create a bot to answer questions about the MOE HR policies.
  • agency teams with developers and/or data scientists who want to add LLM-powered capabilities to an existing product or a new product. For example, a developer portal team who wants to provide an enhanced search experience to users or a SingStat team supported by a group of data scientist who wants to create a data analytics application with a chatbot as an aid.
